This work is deeply personal to me — not only professionally, but through my own lived experience of burnout and navigating toxic and emotionally draining dynamics. After a long, demanding corporate career, I made a deliberate decision to study everything that had helped me heal — RTT® hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and trauma-informed coaching.
